Hiya Bonapartebr, I am kind of in the same boat as you. I have started studying an anatomy book I have called Classic Human Anatomy by Valerie L. Winslow. I believe this will help me in the end as I have a hard time thinking of how things actually are shaped when I start to draw a person. I literaly drew one funky looking skull a few weeks ago and looked in the book and realized just how far off it was lol. I am able to draw something I am looking at relatively easily but imagined things are a bit tougher. I believe that what many of the people here have said is probably true for the both of us and we just need to take some time and study the things we would like to draw. The more you understand it the better your renderings will be. This may or may not be very helpfull, but I thought I would reply since I kind of sympathize with you. Good luck out there, later.

Hey, thank you for posting, it's never enough to say these things and there is always a new information on a new point of view.
Yeah, since I started posting my works here and other forums, my work got really better when people started to give me some feedback and I started to be less lazy with studying and searching good references witch in my opinion is necessary to have.
Good luck to you too man!! =D

Frustration is a natural part of the process but I would say that you need to get rid of "Angry" and "Ashamed". These emotion will not help you one bit in your artistic pursuits. Growing your craft is a long game and I find that I am at my best when I look at think on a small scale and just try and push myself to make each new piece a little bit better then the last one I did. I think if you can accomplish that then when you fast forward five years, you will have grown alot.
