The Artist Exchange International (AEX) is a premiere 3D / 2D animation artist evaluation and placement company for studios around the world. AEX has exclusive placement relationships with studios worldwide including it's own open-source 3d animation studio in Mumbai, India.

AEX conducts a 5-week internship program where participants learn Blender software and simultaneously work on projects. On successful completion of internship they get - 1) certificate of completion 2) copy (and ownership) of 3d content they develop during internship 3) payment for work done by them that contributes to live projects.
