Hey Guys, I modeled this piece out (See Below) and have begun to texture it. Only thing is I've kinda hit a snag with one part. I'm trying to figure out how to texture the glassy look/material for the green sections in the eyes, tail, etc with the detail (goo) underneath the glass.
Does a lot of the glass effect come out mainly with the specular and diffuse maps?? I use modo but I would like to know how to create glass textures from scratch and not resort to using the presets they offer all the time. So that I can also bring the mesh and textures over to Marmoset for render.
So if anyone knows how or preferably if you know of a tutorial please let me know.
