[Floopate]

Hey guys,

This is pretty much done for me, but i know there's something not quite right with it and i was hoping fresh eyes would help spot it...

Is it the values? the lighting? the pose? it just seems off and dead... there's no flow.

This is supposed to be a bard from a post apocalyptic world. he plays the bagpipes (or something like it) and defends himself by releasing noxious fumes.

Anyone able to shed some light and tell me what i can do better next time?
