Default Help - Shoulder Topology, etc for Girl Character

Hi, I'm pretty new to both 2D and 3D art, but I'd love to get better, especially concerning 3D work. I have a few finished projects from a 2 year college course i went to, but seeing as how I'd like to have a job in the future, I am trying to fix everything and bring it up to a professional standard.
I really need help with human models especially, and making them animation ready, or even just clean looking. I'm trying to get the shoulders and breasts to look right and work correctly at the moment, and would greatly appreciate any and all help and tips that you could offer me!
The first four pictures are what I've come up after trying to fix it up, and then unfortunately became stuck.

Lots of triangles and missing edge flow.(lots of breakage in the edge flow)
Always try to mimic the muscle flow even when you are creating a dress.(Helps in Animation)
Just try to study some topology stuff and then try again.
If you stuck again then i will show you the way but try it yourself first..(No Spoon feeding)
A special trait of a good modeller is that he /she is a PROBLEM SOLVER

        Default Updates

I tried fixing the shirt up. It looks a bit better, but there's still one or two triangles I'm having a little difficulty getting rid of. I also UV'd the head and neck. I was unsure which way would be best so I UV'd it in three slightly varying ways, and would really like opinions on it!
        Thanks!

I can only show you the door but you have to walk through it

-Fixing the triangle and continue the flow till the end.
-Removing single edge will get rid of the triangles.
-Forming poles...just continue the flow till the end and remember there is a formation of an n-gon but simply continue the flow.
        That's it
