-I encounter an Unknown Error in mudbox which sets my working file back a few iterations. It was a good thing because it helped me refresh my eyes.
-I fixed the proportion to follow the art direction of this warrior better. I want him to eventually use his gigantic shoulder and arm to ram into his enemies so I exaggerated the proportion on them.
-My next step is to refine the rhino body a little bit more then try my hands on Topogun and retopologize the mesh....its giving me pinches left and right. At the same time I will be learning how to do displacement map so I can re-import the new mesh underneath the high SubD layer.
@oglu: Thanks for all your technical help. It is hard to wrap my brain around it but the character is coming slowly. Inches by inches a day haha.
snoopalu: Thanks for the recommendation for 3D coat. However it is 350$+ for a full license where as Togogun is only $100. I might stick with Topogun for now.
I saw some videos on how 3D coat's retopology tool works, some of it is very intuitive indeed! I just don't want to spend a fortune on a tool I rarely use....as of now.
SJGoodson:Thanks I fixed the tail. I am doing a secondary concept ontop of this figure to plan out how I want the armor design to be. My PC at the moment can't handle Subdivision 4....so I am pretty much at a stall here until I upgrade. The best I can do for now is just plan, plan, and plan ahead while I wait for new hardware.....
I feel bad for the lack of updates. Been busy.
-I updated the proportion a bit more and started to stylize the figure.
-I think I will do 1 more subD to level 5 then start retopologizing in TopoGun (speaking of which...still waiting for my license)
It's looking good. I'd say you could probably keep pushing the forms and cut of the muscles though, especially around the abdomen and ribs. Uh.. both ribs-- rhino's and human's, lol-- but moreso the human half. Just a little bit more on this subD level, anyway.
@DavidMann: G2E starts next week so you will have no excuses by then to not work on your model! Thanks for the critique I will be refining those beefy chest next.

@shavikant: Thanks for the crits. I am curious what part of the proportion did the figure "break" for you? I am trying to exaggerate certain parts of the figure to give it a stylized feel. I am wondering where it isn't working and love to hear your thoughts in detail!
