Default Zbrush sculpting need advice, how to?

I'm having hard time sculpting simple human head or anything in Zbrush.

These days i am spending almost all day and little time in the night, to learn how to sculpt in Zbrush, but it is so hard.

I don't have drawing traditional background if that count.
And i have no idea or human anatomy at all.

All I can say is practice, practice, practice! And be sure to use lots of reference. One more thing, try to get critiques from other artists. It's always good to have someone else look at your work. I hope this helps!

You need to take more breaks.

Look up more reference, look at pictures of naked people and how successful artists created great looking sculptures.

I will tell you what helped me over the course of 1-2 years.

#1 - As someone stated before, interest. You attain that by always looking at others work. Do that as much as you can because that is extremely crucial. Why? It is so you can build a mental library where it will help you develop a more of a habit. Such as if you look at a lot of anatomy and then start drawing/sculpting anatomy you will gain a habit of recognizing similar shapes and form.

#2 - ANATOMY, this is so crucial that you need to do what you can to attain anatomy books. Ask parents for money, sell your body for cash so that you can make this investment. Biped and quadruped anatomy is very important for knowing how to do things in a believable manner. Once you get the basics of lets say major muscle groups, it will become like a math problem. Your brain will automatically know where things go.

#3 - Practice, there have been many scientific tests and statistics where it shows that the more you do something the better you become at it. Fun note, it is because the more you do something the more specific brain cells responsible for that action grow in a certain part of your brain. So when people say practice, practice, practice. Well it is a proven fact that you will get better at it. Takes time, but the more you invest in it the faster you will achieve results.

To finish my essay :P, I would like to conclude that by combining all these 3 things you will develop your own style and be the next awesome artist :P. Of course I neglect many things such as study of different mediums and stuff, but these are what I find to be most important.
