hi all
thinking of studying animation proper.
first, if anyone can advice over "affordable" decent program online or amazing schoolling in Israel.
found one program, not too cheap, roughly 600 academic hours covering into to Maya, rigging, partical dynamics, rendering.
work overflow in industry.
sketching and sculpting.
character design
photoshop
classic animation+flash+storyboard
premiere+after effects
and final project.

(sorry for the wall of text there)

the program seems nice (and not cheap) but looking at students' works, I was not blown away, some nice works, some just poorly done.

how does it look to you guys?

hi again, didn't get a reply, so will try to break down my question into several smaller ones:

first: how important is 2D fundamental if I want to learn 3D to become a professional 3D artist one day?

second: does anyone have experience with these "full package" schools where they touch a for 40-50 hours on each subject on the auxiliary fields (like sculpting and photoshop skills) do they tend to be good, or should I break it down and take courses for each (or even go to studios and have a mentor for few months doing each)

third: is there an online program I should take note of?
