Very good! I'm not the best when it comes to composition, so take my advice for what it is... There's a problem with the lights on the cliff behind the focal point, they're conflicting with the figure's silhouette so I'd suggest to get rid of them at least on that spot... also the ones farther in the distance look too regular, remember they should follow the cliff's profile, instead now they're all straight. Just my 2 cents

Hi there, hope this thread is still visited.

started with an illustration but i have crazy problems with the left arm and the head, especially size and position... i keep trying different head-positions for hours but cant get body + arm in harmony with the head...

ah and i'm also looking for ideas in terms of her hair :P

Default Medusa went to a beauty salon

Hi guys, this a concept I am working on for an advertising print of a beauty salon. It's really far in the working process but i have 3 and half more week to improve stuff. The thing is that I wanna inscribe It in a contestto get it exposed in a creative exposition at July, and hopefully land a Job and stop counting coins; so I need it to be more than perfect. This being said, I'll really appreciate the slightest feedback you can give me .

              Default Help with finishing off

Hey guys I feel like I'm getting towards a real finished product with my portraits, but I think they are just lacking that final finished product look. If anyone can help I'd love to see how you would finish this picture... maybe some kind of filter or some more smoothing? I use Photoshop with a wacom tablet and mainly a round brush at low opacity building up the image in layers...

                  Default Slythdeath's lair sketch

It could be a lot more dynamic. Take a look at my quick sketch with a larger snake to give it more focus, more dramatic shadow on the little people to give them more attention and create more angles to make it less flat and more interesting.
                  Hope this helps...

Here is a piece I have up in the 2d wip section I would really appreciate some advice, I know that the I'm having trouble conveying conniving texture surfaces.

                        Thanks!

Hi everyone! I'm a new member and would love to get some pointers with this portrait. I worked very closely with a reference image because I want to work on realistic texturing and a more professional feel to my work. Any tips or guidance is much appreciated!

Hey guys, this thread is a great idea. I'm struggling with this piece, I gues it's mostly because my anatomy is still very weak and all. I could use some good critique here.

                            Thanks!
