Hey everyone,

My name is Rich. I thought it's about time I started up a sketchbook. I used to have one on conceptart.org a while back but it's been such a long time since I updated it (I was called Mr Man).

Thought I ought to start up fresh here and get the ball rolling, meet new people, collaborate etc.

Slappin up some studies and what not to get the ball rolling : )

Trying to get better at environs and working straight into colour, without greyscale foundation.

Though use the little green paper clip to insert you images in your post, but I don't mind having a million tabs open with all your great artwork. I hope you're doing well!

Nice start! Be wary of your values a little bit more when doing stuff directly from color.

Cheers John, yeah I'm finding it a real challenge to balance the values with colour. Very mind boggling at times, especially when it gets really saturated.

Some more studys and things. The characters are mainly doodles. Want to create something more polished though this week.

Good stuff, I really do like the green zombie head in your first post. I would recommend just refining the detail on some of your paintings but overall they are great.
