So here is where I am, I am done for the night. Smudge didn't really work out too well, would probably work better if I smudged the colors and not the values.. maybe next time.. The lips on the right T-Rex are proving to be annoying.. I cant seem to make them look right. and the overall color feels like it is missing something.. not sure what though.. Any ideas or tips would be greatly appreciated at this point

Hey Flowers, thats a rad hippo! Cool idea. As for the chrome, it looks at this stage. If you want to render it further, it needs more contrast and color variety. Reflective metal will have really high contrast value wise. All your metal needs now is a really dark shadow or reflection. Don't forget to keep the edges really hard too.

I agree the jaw of the creature perspectively looks to was A's what is effecting the feel the creature has. I'll link some images for you to get reference from when I get home to try and improve this if u wish to do so.

Worked on it a little over the past few days, not as much as i would have liked to though

But I am almost done with the first T-rex. Messed around with some textures and added in some highlights and final shading. I will probably add some more textures.. I also still need to finish both of the mouths on the t-rex. Started to work on the background a little bit, I have some difficulty with environments though, so we will see how this goes. I also started to work on the first knight.. Any tips or ideas welcomed!
