Going to enter the Double Happy Rabbits creature competition.
Start developing a personal IP, characters, creatures and environments, possibly start a separate blog for it.
Be consistent and active on the forums, posting progress.
Work smart not hard.

Now I will look like a douche if I don't do it.

mjasnowsk Thanks dude, yeah definitely do some application stuff, helps you cement that information in.

Bunch of studies and some character development for my game IP. Basically I have integrated to be one of my assignments for uni.
I have to experiment with a bunch of visual rhetoric, puns, intertextuality, amplification etc.

Stuart-Gant ahah thanks man, he is one of my favourites too.

Here are some more studies, starting to develop my point and click adventure game with the mutant looking dude, painting him now. Have an environment sketched up waiting to be painted for the world too. And the last one is a design for the double happy creature design competition, going to implement him in an illustration.

Starting to create a visual direction for a personal game project which is a point and click adventure game, this is the first of many pieces for it.

Your paint handling/surface treatment is coming together. The skin tones of your portraits looks quite nice and that drapery study looks great. Perhaps a bit more emphasis on defining a clear silhouette and defining your shadow shapes would help the drawing aspect and create a more convincing sense of volume.
