O: Great studies, I really like the female torso one.
your oils are really good, they're very smooth and clean, really nice use of values.

Very nice colour picking and brushstrokes, you've got a good knack for simplifying what you're painting to bring out the elegance

Great selection of work here kevin-, I felt the bird study had a great feeling to the material and texture of the wings capturing the colour and shimmer of feathers. Convincing.

I notice that in a number of studies, and its something I know is tricky in my own work, but to commit to those feet in your studies and really push for a full figure to test your proportions.

As always, post moar, learn more. ~

Thanks for stopping by my sketchbook, kevin! Your SB is lovely. I especially like a lot of the stuff on page two. That first portrait there is great! Look forward to seeing more.

Hey Kevin thanks for stopping by!
Great work here, your renderings and oils are pretty cool man.
Only thing that immediately caught my eyes are some proportion issues.
For example the second last pencil dude looks kind of mixed up.
He is way to short, he is about 4 heads and the standart is about 7 - 8 heads.
Hope you don't mind my crits in my first post here

Loomis and Bridgman's books are perfekt to learn proportions I think.
                        Keep ti up
