I think you should work more on the basic form of the model.
Review the shape of the nose, lips and ears, search for references before you start.
And only after you make sure that the basic shape of the head is ok, you start to make the fine details as wrinkles, veins and pores.
Otherwise that's gonna be just a default head with alpha's from zbrush.
So look for good references! that is the key for a good model
