Use a soft brush on faces, to get them not so broken up. Need a litle smoothin, and take care of the anatomy also.

Sorry I had to precise more ! Just on the warcraft challenge guy his hands and stance are awkward. And more around his hands, and his left arm which is really sticky to his torso in a strange way. And it's a bit strange to have the creatures in his back, and this makes me wonder what is he looking at. though you don't like it for the soft brush, you should really have some not say soft but smoother parts, or concentrate to have bigger and less brush strokes. Also you may have to work to add depth in your enviros, and smoothing with a bit of softness or the gradiant tool is a good way to add depth. Or maybe you should look also around the pen pressure diameter settings...It's funny cause you seem also to struggle in your personnal creation beetween your line and your painting. You have a good palette but you may have to keep also take care around the contrast, cause it ends lacking volume. Which happens less in your black and white. Hope this helps.

yeah i agree with kherns on the brushes, i see the kinda of look your trying to go for but maybe some soft brushes layered on top of each other with minimal blending will give you the look you want. anyways still a good update!

              Hey marc, good stuff man....
i agree.... brushes is something that is personal to the artist.
my brushes work for me but not necessarily has to work for you.
As long as you keep experimenting with them you will eventually find what works for you.
              keep it up man!

                        Hey Marc,
WOW! DUDE! Pretty impressive updates! You improving a lot!
And have to agree with Jose and MrBrown - would love to see some pretty bright highlights. Especially on the horsemen. Maybe try to use the burn tool for it. This tool could give some nice effects on top of it
                        Cheers and keep rocking!
