Hell yes! Solid design, my only crits would be to push the materials further and to make some objects colours different, for example the belt is the same colour/material as his waist band thing, changing that up would make the edges, overall design and shape language read better, keep it up

Making things in rather similar colors still look interesting is difficult to do.

Here another reworking step.
Looks definately betterm but I have the feeling as if somethings still off.

about the orc i really like what u did, thou im not sure if it represents a "chief" like in command.... more like a worker or peasant..... but still looks great!
cant wait for final!

Just do some stuff that show there stile. I think thats what they want to see the most, that you can do art that looks like Warcraft and not Mtg or D&D.

The orc is a chef not a chief, so he is doing the kitchen work for the clan.

A first color version. I tried another method for this one.
Instead of painting everything at once I sepperated it in single steps this time.

1. Line and form
2. Color
3. Shadows (Blending out the color and doing the rough shadows on a multiply layer)

putting it all together and start working over it.
