I am no pro, so take my thoughts with a grain of salt. Just giving my observations. I attached a red-lined version with some notes but basically I think that you have some anatomy and lighting issues here. The light is coming from the left, but it looks like you haven't placed shadows in some of the places there should be (above the right eye, upper lip, under the jaw.) It also looks strange because there is nothing defining where here shoulder stops and her breast begins.
The head shape looks a little off and the eyes appear unbalanced. Did you work this from a photograph? Did you sketch it up first or go straight to paint?
I would suggest going back tot he underlying anatomy and make sure you have that down and then concentrate on the lighting and determine where the shadows should fall.
