Woah... guys, thanks! I had a lot of fun sketching them out, so it's good to know that shows off. Thanks everyone for the very detailed feedback you gave me and of course the praises. Wouldn't mind critique btw!
-Starexai: Indeed, I think making variations is a very important part of the design process. I started with the axes, what is pretty obvious I think. The designs are rather generic and the sketches don't have the looseness the others have. So that's a good example of how going through the process of rethinking, forcing myself to come up with new, original ideas, questioning the work I've done so far, is a very healthy way of achieving interesting designs. Thanks for the individual feedback on each weapon! I'll make sure to keep that in mind for the final concept. -Scorge: No, thank you! Nothing to thank me for. ![]() -a3esthesia: Thanks, man! -josh-o-matic: Cheers! I like your idea too. I think resembling water through the flora and fauna down there is a nice way of getting more colors. Unfortunately you seem to have overseen that opportunity. I think it would look great if you integrate the colorful richness those deep sea environments have. Looking through underwater photography would definitely help too. -Jezebath: Thank you! I think wind is the toughest choice in this challenge, so big up for that. I like how you design it very sophisticated and dynamic, just like the wind goes. Gently, but cutting edge. ![]() -ckwi: Thanks a lot! Now that's some positive feedback. -GillBates: Thanks, man. In fact I didn't sketch with the pencil for quite some time and felt a bit lost in the beginning. Missing my undo button and such... But I could catch up quite fast and had a great time drawing them. I was surprised to see that analogue can sometimes be much faster than digital will probably ever be. I really dig your approach on the earth theme! A lot more rough, brutal and meaner than mine. I like! Especially the design version with the obsidian blade. -Seikfour04: Great shape for the sword! One of the most interesting designs here imho. -- Sorry for not replying to some of you and ignoring a lot of the great entries, but it's late night and I have to get up early. I'll hopefully have more time soon to write. So here's the colored, final version of the sword with the final sketch for the axe. Hope you dig! ![]()

Hi guys, really amazing stuff. I wish I had time to comment on all of it. I haven't participated in an activity for awhile (too busy) so I figured i'd join in on this one since it isn't too time consuming.
I started and have almost finished a set of water weapons, but then I noticed josh-o-matic had the same idea for a seahorse bow! Although are designs are quite different, I might end up doing a different bow anyway, and probably a dagger in addition to what I have.
