Elemental Weapons

Deadline: 27th of February 2012 at noon GMT,

Elemental Weapons

For this Drawing Jam we would like you to create a set of Elemental weapons for a pretend game. The weapons should all look like part of a set and therefore have something in common. You may do futuristic weapons but they must be recognisable as the following. We don't just want a sheet full of guns

You must include:
1 Axe
1 Bow + 1 Arrow
1 Sword
1 Shield

Optionally you may also include:
Dagger
Mace

Your Elements are:
(choose one)
Fire
Water
Earth
Air/Wind

Definitely going to get in on this one, should be a lot of fun!

An elemental earth battleaxe. I imagine this weapon was forged and wielded by the Dark Giants, an ancient tribe of African deity.

WIP earth element. Tried to make them blocky and heavy, but tried to steer away from making them to obviously rocky looking.

огого, looking pretty badass, nice curves, I think they work very well with your chosen element

I was wandering, would ice work? as a version of the water element

@ororo: looks verry cool, especially your blade and bow ...but I think the shape of your axe head looks a bit too heavy for your element

@Niconoff: nice to see some futuristic stuff

I also thought about the ice thing, but my design is now more based around a legendary creature

Making a comeback with some Fire themed weapons of destruction. Theme is Destruction Orbs, extracted from the souls of the fiery enemies.
(i play too much warcraft...)
so here it is, comments appreciated.
(and i apologize for the rather pathetic weapon names...got bored "/)

Super excited for this! First time designing weapons! This will be awesome
for our portfolio! I'm going for a water Element. Weapons are created from
the scales of an ancient dragon.

I have created my gestures so far and fully colored the Sword!

LynxMB: I think ice is a little too easy really, push yourself with some water weapons

Remember though you have to look at these weapons and think 'elemental' RhB that goes for you too.

I don't normally constrict designs but I think this will be good practice for working with a client who wants a specific something.
