Turning the beast around and taking a different approach but I' m a little surprised that I don't see that much 2D done for this challenge.

Nice start! I agree that it's weird there are so few entries on the 2D side. I was thinking that maybe people felt like they didn't need four months to get something done, so we'll see a lot of people jump in late this month or next month.

Stage2
I planed to to do some coloring but not that much. I have the rain on the foreground and I'm trying to to create that dark stormy night feel.

I hope I didn't give that much info, according to the challenge the viewers should be able to tell what is happening.

Hi....I love how you posed the woman, although the pose of the demon itself isn't clear, i'm sure you'll work on that, and are those soldiers in the foreground? maybe its a sacrificial ceremony?
I'm looking forward to your finished piece

Lol I almost forgot about this competition, the end of my school quarter is approaching in two weeks I will be rapping this up real soon before the death line.
