          blocked in the hair... probably will change a lot on zbrush later, using those new tube brushes(cant remember their names)... also will change it later to break the symmetry...


          EDIT: new updates only next week, i will finally get my EVGA GTX 570 this weekend, hurray!

            Allright, just to break the 3D modelling routine, i ported his head into zbrush, added some little detail and put some colors on photoshop, to make a color concept... what do you guys think?

                          thats really good.
                          i'm also starting by making base mesh. (in softimage though)
                          its been a few months since i used it so i'm a bit rusty for sure.
                          will switch to zbrush, like most others i assume.

                            Looking good!, the thickness of the base for the wings might be too
                            thin, but you can easily adjust that in zbrush or mudbox, so no
                            biggie, also bare in mind that at the end of the wings there's
                            some long claw like bones that currently are not blocked in your
                            base mesh.

                              siraniks: thanks, i hope i will be able to show you the final results soon enough xD
                              HaraPuzo: a base mesh is nice to training, i could just start out on zbrush too, but i wanna make this challenge a real challenge =)
                              Renderluz: thanks for the input! the wings "skin" and claw bones i will add on zbrush, the tail too hehe

                              Allright, did a test pose here =)


                              EDIT: i got some glitches, cause i just did a basic rig for the pose, no refining on that, its just a test

                                hi man ... u piece is really very cool... ur pipiline is very amazing ... how i just said before.... i like of ur oldschool process.. begining of traditional softs ( by vertices - box modeling ) ... for after sculpt on mud or zbrush ... the position also is perfect .... keep up .. i m following ur job ... congrats ..!!!! =]
