Jordoz- lovin the crosshatching and linework- definitely looks like a more sinister version of Ursula

wooplash.. this was fun.. not sure if i have any concept at all..
but after painting this i thought my seawitch could be made of water x)
this may not be the final idea, so i accept any advice to improve, and work in the idea :P
