Another couple of hours, one thing about this concept i think is. Its not exactly a four armed demon or whatever, in the line drawing drew by Adrian it seems (to me at least) that it was a normal human body out of which the demon basically rose out from within.

stuff like the ->hunched appearance, normal sorta body below the upper arms or the small nature of the back and hips. Its almost gives the demon certain zombie like details.

lookin good, i totally agree! that's the impression i got when i first saw Adrian's concept. I'm tryin to capture the same idea

*update*
Blocking out major shapes and getting the "feel" of the entire thing. Lot of combinations to get right, details to put and a million little props still to add. Love to get some critique and comments on my progress so far.

Also can any1 give me some pointers for the spline bones? I am struggling to find their form.
