Just a few questions though.

1) Is there a projected set of dimensions for the box?

2a) Should we make a mock-up of the 2d illustration for the box?

2b) If we do make a mock-up for the box, should we give options for the box to cover general box types(tall, wide, square, etc...)

3) Since we can enter multiple entires are we allowed to enter both the 2d and 3d category? (I'm not sure about anyone else but Id like to try my hand at 3d again if i have time after my 2d entry)

4) Reading the announcement and the details thread I'm a bit on the confused side as to what type of product we're aiming for. It seems that the emphasis in this is more toward a 3d game or film, but in the announcement it was said to be a model kit of sorts. Just curious as to which direction we're focusing on, because I'd imagine that the process for making a sculpture for a game and a model kit vary and need to have different things kept in mind while modeling.

as far as dimensions go, portrait format would be fine but if you want to do landscape thats cool, though saying that, the two characters should be reasonably close together so they both appear on the front of the box. i think placement and type stuff will be handled by the company producing the model. hope im right on that part but i think its usually best for the graphics guys to work to the finished illo.
the winning '3d entry' will be cast as a collectible model.

Its her sheep skin rug that she uses to keep warm when she is not doing belly danced for the big dude. I am kidding... It's just her fur coat to keep herself warm.
