Lets cut to the chase and be brutally honest so as not to waste anyones time, and have them believe anything else. To be brutally blunt, no I do not think you are good enough for commissions. Your artwork looks very very basic, no thought of light&dark shapes, composition, how anatomy works, design aspects.

You still have alot to learn, please dont think because you can put a few colours together in photoshop that you can paint. There is still alot for you not to just study but you really have to think, why does this work like this, how can I improve this, why did that work like that, how can this shape fit into the whole puzzle etc.

Again I say this not to be harsh but to be brutally honest. It wont take you a few months or a couple of months it may take you 1-2 you to trully understand what you are doing in art, and learn mark making processes.
