The amaizing combination of computer power and people's imagination.... SUPERB !
not sure what to make of this one yet. Visuals are nice, though I do agree with Krit, Deja is not very appealing...and shes not red....which she should be. Its very apparent that the story isnt going to be precisely in line with the books, but hopefully they can at least make it good enough to enjoy. All that being said I will be seeing this movie, I am a huge fan of burroughs work, and absolutely love the martian tales series. I already know that no movie can do them justice (as the long history of failed attampts to make this movie have proven) but if I dont see this one when it comes out then I can't talk crap about it if its bad, or vice versa, lol.
so excited to see this!! just started listening to A Princess of Mars audiobook.
Awesome character, creature and mech designs! Looks really good!
I hope the story is good as well.
Gotta see this one.....
looks good. let's see how close they come to the story.
Green Barsoomians look like some insects - when Burroughs described them as mightiest warriors of enormous power. Deja Toris is plain ugly when she is supposed to be the most beautiful woman of Mars. Besides, judging from what we see in the trailer - they got off the original plot - and I personally doubt if they can make it out themselves.
